Service Description
A focused 15-minute time slot to connect with one spirit of your choosing. This will be an audio call hosted through Zoom. After purchase, you’ll receive your confirmation email with the link to join (check your spam folder if you don’t see it). Kato may begin your call a few minutes late—don’t panic! Simply remain in the virtual waiting room. This allows time to finish with the previous caller or to connect with your guides before beginning your session. Your time will start immediately once the call connects and will last for 15 minutes! Recordings: Readings will be recorded & emailed privately. Recordings are unedited. Due to technology not always cooperating, recordings for 15 minute sessions can not be guaranteed, but I still include them and most of them work juuuust fine! Feel free to record your own call! If you book within a few hours of start time, you may be subject to a small time fluctuation. For example, If I'm on a LIVE stream, I wont jump off abruptly to meet your meeting time but I will text or email you when I'm available again! As a friendly reminder, this service is not always available! :) So Happy you're all still enjoying my sessions after 8+years!
Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of this service and the time reserved specifically for you, all sales for 15-minute Spirit Connection Calls are final. Kato will make every effort to connect with the spirit intended, but as with all mediumship, results may vary depending on spiritual availability and energetic alignment at the time of the session. ⏰ Please ensure your Zoom connection is working prior to your appointment. Missed calls, late arrivals, or technical issues on the client’s end are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling. Your time is sacred, and so is this connection. Thank you for understanding. 💜
