WITH this, a Level 1 Reiki Course teaches you how to identify energy and Spirit communication and understand how to work with it in your own unique way. With this, you learn different ways to ground and heal your own energy and then moving forward to heal others. Reiki is NOT a religion. In fact, it's adapted into almost every religion just in different ways. This course includes the 3 hr intensive, a private 1:1 session and a detailed manual containing the course materials!
