Hi! I’m Kato the Medium, and I’m so glad you’re here. This FAQ section is here to guide you through some of the most common questions I receive about my offerings — from my Grounded Beginnings course to private mediumship readings and energy work. You’ll find helpful information about what to expect during your session, how to prepare, and how to get the most out of your experience. How soon can I communicate with a loved one who has passed away?

We can begin connecting with your loved one immediately and, if needed, help them cross over during the session. If they passed within the last year, their energy may come through intermittently, which is completely normal. Rest assured, my connection success rate is over 98%.
Can I ask Spirit questions?

Absolutely! If you have questions, Spirit likely has answers. I recommend preparing your questions ahead of time—more often than not, Spirit comes through with responses right away, which is always amazing to witness. That said, it’s your responsibility to ask your questions within the time you’ve booked. The session moves quickly from beginning to end, and many clients simply enjoy taking it all in. Just keep in mind, you might need to jump in or interrupt to make sure your questions get answered—totally okay to do so!
How many spirits can come through during my mediumship reading?

The number of spirits that come through often depends on the length of your session. With more time, more loved ones can step forward—typically, we’re able to connect with up to 5 spirits in a single reading.
How many people can join my private reading?

For psychic readings, the session is limited to one recipient. For mediumship sessions, you're welcome to bring 1–2 guests, as long as we're all connecting with the same loved one in spirit.
